In 2021, a deal was reached with the founders that culminated in the company being black owned via an equal shareholding split between Maqhawe Dlamini and Hamilton Mbele. Going forward up to 20% of the company’s shares in issue will be reserved for the staff trust, which will further align our interests with that of our clients.
